Two minutes
You fill in a short survey: your style, whether you have a logo, how you got started, how big you are and what makes you different.
Pricing
A website, your numbers, search setup and a Google listing, built together for Albuquerque small businesses. Live within 48 hours. One price, agreed before anything starts.
The build
I’m just getting started, and I need real work to show people. So the next three local businesses get the build at no charge. My time is free. Your web address isn’t.
In return I ask for a photo of us together, permission to show the work, and, if you’re happy with it, an honest Google review and an introduction to another owner you know.
You pay for your own web address, up to about $50 a year, and it’s yours either way. I host the site for now.
Two are already taken. Once the rest are gone, they’re gone. There won’t be another round.

The plan
You fill in a short survey: your style, whether you have a logo, how you got started, how big you are and what makes you different.
Your site is live, built so Google can find it, with your tracking running and your Google listing set up.
I fine-tune it with what you told me, and you tell me what to change.
You spend about two hours total. The rest is my job.
Add-ons
Anything beyond the build is priced once I know what you want, and that number is fixed in writing before anything starts.
If you don’t have one. A logo and a profile icon, plus a simple colour and lettering set, with two rounds of changes included. If you already have a logo, I use it and build the site around it.
Four posts a month, a system for getting reviews with replies drafted for you, fresh photos, and a short monthly note on how it’s doing.
New pages, listings, fixes, and a monthly report on calls, directions and bookings. Not advertising, and no ad budget involved.
Optional
The build gets you live, found and measured. What follows is separate: ongoing work to keep your listing fed and your search work moving.
A website that goes live and then sits still loses ground to the ones that don’t. I don’t promise rankings, because Google decides those. I promise careful setup and working tracking. Reading the numbers and acting on them is what the monthly plan does for you.
I read your numbers for you, make the changes you ask for, keep your listing fed, do the search work and send a monthly report. Priced when we talk, and you can stop any time.
Questions
I’m just getting started and I need real work to show people. The next three businesses get my labor at no charge in exchange for a photo together and permission to show the project, and, if you’re happy, an honest Google review and an introduction to another owner. You pay for your own web address, up to about $50 a year.
No. You get one number before anything starts, in writing, and that is the number you pay. The only thing on top is your own web address, which you pay for directly and own, up to about $50 a year. I host the site for now.
Not for the build or for keeping your site up while I host it. The ongoing help above is separate and optional, and we can talk about whether it makes sense once you’re live.
No. Claiming, verifying and filling in your listing is part of the build. Keeping it fed every month with posts, photos and review replies is the optional plan.
I can’t promise that, and nobody honest can. Google decides rankings and it takes months. What I do promise is a site built so Google can read it, tracking that shows you what’s happening, and a report on calls, directions and bookings.
Free-spot clients pay nothing for my labor. For everyone else it’s half when we start, half when it goes live. Nothing in between and no surprise invoices.
For the first five clients, I keep working until you’re happy for 30 days after launch. After that, every build includes a set number of change rounds, agreed in writing before we start.
Next step
Twenty minutes on the phone and you’ll know exactly what I’d build and what it takes. No pressure and no sales sequence.
