ForgeBrands Call

Albuquerque brand & web studio

Bold branding that ships with its own proof

Most studios hand you a logo and a style guide. ForgeBrands hands you the logo, the website it lives on, the Google listing it feeds, and the tracking that shows it working — because a brand you can’t measure is just decoration.

Track record

  • 3.3x → 5.3x

Paid return on ad spend, scaled across a $45K/month multi-channel budget.

  • 64 → 86

SEO health score on the last client site, across seven audit categories.

  • 99.94%

Accuracy of a lead-attribution system built over 1,500+ leads and a CRM API.

  • 282→111 KB

Above-the-fold page weight cut on that same build, with 130 links verified live.

The problem

Four vendors. Four invoices. Nothing lines up.

The logo guy doesn’t talk to the web guy. The web guy has never opened your Google Business Profile. Nobody wired up tracking, so when you ask “is any of this working?” the honest answer is that nobody knows.

That’s how a business ends up with a beautiful site whose canonical tags point at a domain that doesn’t resolve, a Google listing with a different phone number than the footer, and a marketing budget spent on faith.

ForgeBrands builds all of it as one system, so the pieces agree with each other and the numbers are visible from day one.

What gets built

One build. Four connected layers.

Identity

Logo, icon and favicon, colour tokens taken from the artwork itself, a type system, and usage rules that hold up everywhere the brand lands.

Identity packages

Website

Five to seven responsive pages, on-page SEO, JSON-LD schema, accessibility pass, security headers, and every link verified against the live site.

Web packages

Google presence

Business Profile claimed, categorised and photographed, with name, address and phone reconciled across your site, your listing and your booking platform.

Google Business Profile

Proof layer

GA4 and Google Tag Manager wired to real events, schema built to be quoted by AI answers, and a report you can actually read.

See what’s included Talk it through

  • Brand identity system — marks, tokens, type scale, voice, templates
  • Standard site, 5–7 pages, built and verified on production
  • Google Business Profile set up and reconciled with the site
  • Technical SEO, five or more JSON-LD schema blocks, Core Web Vitals pass
  • GA4 + Google Tag Manager event tracking, installed and tested
  • Priced at $10,500 standard — and $0 for the five founding clients

How it works

Heat. Shape. Temper. Ship.

01

Heat

One working session on your customers, your competitors and what you actually sell. You leave with positioning and messaging pillars in writing, not a mood board.

02

Shape

The mark gets drawn, then the system gets built from it — colours sampled from the artwork, type paired to the lettering, tokens carried straight into code.

03

Temper

Site built and hardened. Schema, canonicals, sitemap, security headers, image pipeline, accessibility, and a link audit that checks labels against destinations.

04

Ship

Live, indexed, tracked. Google Business Profile reconciled, GA4 firing, and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself — or hand it back on a retainer.

Case study

A one-chair nail studio, from no web presence to indexed and hardened

Four workstreams — brand system, front-end build, search, security — run solo across 19 commits. Every figure below was verified against the live production origin, not a staging guess.

16 iPhone photos turned into 32 responsive WebP assets

Fit

Who this is for

Owner-operated local businesses doing roughly $250K to $3M, with money for a real project and nobody in-house to run marketing.

  • Salons, barbers, med-spa, dental, chiropractic, fitness studios
  • Restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique retail
  • Solo professionals — attorneys, agents, accountants, coaches, designers
  • Early-stage startups that need a brand, a site and analytics in one pass

And who it isn’t

  • HVAC and plumbing. ForgeBrands does not take that work, at any price.
  • Businesses that want a logo and nothing else forever. The mark is the cheapest part; on its own it can’t be measured.
  • Anyone who wants the price negotiated. The pricing ladder is public and it moves in one direction.

Questions

Straight answers

What does ForgeBrands actually deliver?

A brand identity system, the website it lives on, a Google Business Profile that matches it, technical SEO and schema markup, and GA4 plus Google Tag Manager tracking so you can see which of it is producing leads. It is one connected build, not four separate invoices.

How long does a full build take?

A full Forge Package runs about four to six weeks from kickoff. A standalone logo and brand essentials package is roughly one to two weeks, and a single landing page is about one week. The work is produced through an agentic coding workflow in Claude Code, which is why the timeline is weeks rather than quarters.

What does the founding cohort cost?

The first five founding clients get the complete Forge Package at no charge, in exchange for a written and video testimonial, a Google review, case-study rights, two referral introductions and a credit link in their website footer. Clients reimburse hard costs such as domain and hosting. After the cohort closes, pricing moves to the Charter rate.

Do you work with businesses outside Albuquerque?

Yes. The whole engagement is remote-deliverable and has already been run that way. Albuquerque and the surrounding metro get the option of meeting in person.

What kinds of businesses do you take on?

Owner-operated local businesses in roughly the $250K to $3M revenue band: salons and barbers, med-spa, dental and chiropractic, fitness studios, restaurants, cafes and bars, boutique retail, and solo professionals such as attorneys, agents and accountants. ForgeBrands does not take HVAC or plumbing work.
